Linda Wang B.Com(Fin). LL.B (Hons). LL.M.
Linda is the Principal Lawyer at LWS Lawyers Pty Ltd. Linda holds a double degree, Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Laws with honours from Monash University. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Leo Cussen Centre for Law and holds her Master in Laws from the University of Melbourne.
Linda has practiced as a lawyer in various States in Australia with experience in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Linda comes from a background of practicing litigation and offers clients a professional and cost effective resolution to legal conflict.
Linda has experience managing litigated matters including initiating and responding to claims and interlocutory proceedings, discovery, interrogatories, subpoenas, attending pre-hearing conferences, directions hearings, appearing at mediation and interlocutory hearings, instructing counsel at trial, negotiating settlements, taking action to enforce orders and settlement agreements.
Linda’s skills include advocacy and commercial dispute resolution. She is experienced in motor vehicle claims, property damage insurance claims and has significant experience with the recovery and dispute resolution of commercial legal disputes.
Linda has a special interest in litigation and property law. She is bi-lingual and speaks fluent English and Chinese Mandarin. She works hard to meet the legal needs of Victoria’s growing Chinese community.
Linda’s strength as a lawyer is her capacity to listen and intuitively understand the needs of her clients. She works flexibility to meet the needs of her clients and offers professional and costs effective resolutions to any legal conflict.
Outside the law, Linda enjoys playing the harp, traveling, cooking and attending social events with friends and family.
